Annual Conference 2026
SFS is organising its Annual Conference themed “Inclusive Health Workforce: generating employment at scale” on 10th & 11th April 2026 at The Princeton Club, Kolkata.
The conference brings together stakeholders, key leadership voices, our current and past students, faculties and a host of experts over two days of immersion, talking about quality improvement and standardisation of Allied Health Professionals (AHP), future directions, inclusivity, accessibility and women empowerment.
Fire Fighting Demonstration
Dr Graham's School for Skills: Allied Health Sciences, in collaboration with Kalimpong Fire Station, conducted a Fire Fighting Demonstration on 02.09.2025 with
students and SC Board members, both on theory & practical sessions, equipped everyone
with essential knowledge and hands-on skills for emergency preparedness.

Collaboration with IIT Kharagpur
Opening of a new centre at IIT Kharagpur.
Prof. Suman Chakraborty, Director, IIT Kharagpur announces the opening of a new centre of "School for Skills: Healthcare & Technology" (SFS Academies) at IIT Kharagpur. This marks the 12th centre of SFS in 6 states in India and the 4th higher educational institute collaboration (joining IIT Guwahati, IIT Indore, NIT Meghalaya).
"SFS Academies" (School for Skills) is now at IIT Kharagpur, the oldest and largest IIT in India. An MoU was signed with Prof. Suman Chakraborty, Director IIT Kgp today. This capstone event builds on our continuing presence in IIT Guwahati, IIT Indore and NIT Meghalaya. SFS (spread in 6 states in India) will offer multiple allied health courses to the local youths in the IIT environment and develop them as digitally-literate, technology-savvy next-gen health workers, thus paving the way for stable and formal employment in the health sector.
